The Challenge

Santé Hospitality needed a website that not only showcased their unique coaching program, “Niet Kijken, Maar Zien” (Don’t Just Look, But See), but also communicated their vision for transforming guest experiences in the hospitality industry. As a Dutch-based business, the website had to be fully optimised for their local audience, with all content translated into Dutch while maintaining its tone and impact.

Starting from scratch, the project presented several challenges:

  1. Establishing a Brand Identity Online: Santé Hospitality had no prior online presence, requiring a website that would position them as a leader in hospitality coaching.
  2. Localisation: Ensuring the Dutch-language content resonated with their audience while maintaining the professional and engaging tone of the original content.

The Strategy

  2. Localised Content Creation: All English content provided by the client was meticulously translated and localised for the Dutch market. We ensured the tone and messaging remained consistent while tailoring it to resonate with Dutch-speaking audiences.
  3. Custom Website Design: Using WordPress and Elementor, we crafted a custom website with:
    • Clear navigation to showcase the program’s highlights, client testimonials, and key benefits.
    • Engaging calls-to-action to encourage consultations and downloads of the Blauwdruk voor de Ultieme Gastervaring (Blueprint for the Ultimate Guest Experience).
    • Optimised page templates for showcasing services, blog posts, and client stories.
  4. Audience Engagement Features: We integrated interactive elements, such as:
    • A newsletter signup form to build their email list.
    • A straightforward consultation booking system.
    • Downloadable resources to provide value and establish authority.
  5. Efficient Communication: To streamline cross-border collaboration, we maintained open communication with the client, holding regular virtual check-ins to ensure alignment and address feedback promptly.
  6. Technical Excellence: The website was hosted on a fast, reliable platform to ensure optimal speed and performance, vital for a seamless user experience. We also implemented strong on-page SEO to boost visibility in Dutch search results.
